Mission

The mission of  Sts. Vartanantz Church Basketball is to offer basketball instruction to the Armenian youth of the community in a healthy, fraternal environment.

Who May Join?

Boys and girls aged 10 – 14 years.

When Do Practices Take Place?

Practices are held Thursday evenings, November through March, from 6 PM – 8 PM at the Rhode Island School for the Deaf located at One Corliss Park, Providence.

Programs In The Works

Sts. Vartanantz Church is working to create a basketball league starting in January and naming the league after the late Mr. John Varadian. Players will range from 10 to 14 years and include both boys and girls. Coaches are being recruited at this time.
